Al just wanted you to know I'm working on your block, for some reason every time I put something together Saturday it was wrong...lol. All if ripped and I'm cutting new piecies for some of them that I cut way too short...forgive me! lol It was a ba.a.a.a.a.d day for sewing.

    Hugs,
    Cajun

    MadeinMaine,
I tried sending you a PM but your box is full. I am asking you to please remove my name from the swap group for the time being.

Thank you for all you do to make this swap possible.

    Best,
    d

    Dear swapper friends,
I have a delicate situation I could use your advise on... PLEASE>

I occassionally have a table at craft fairs. sometimes there are other quilters- sewers. We all do something different so that doesn't bother me. There is one woman whose sewing is horrible. Many of my things are not perfect, but I get many compliments on how beautiful my work is (usually by other quilters). Lady X doesn not even press her seams. She is selling aprons among other things. Should I say something or what?? She could not believe My prices are so "high" We are not friends, just fellow vendors. I feel shoddy workmanship makes every one look bad. The promoter does not know the difference or care. What would you do???

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Cjr, I would just leave it alone. Try to see if you can get a booth that is not close to her. Ignore her comments. Maybe she is doing the best she can do. Does her stuff sell?
