Awe man...I just got mine, and its Fire Dept themed!! So cute because my dh is on the local fire department, and ds' room is ALL fire trucks!!! Even his bed is a fire truck!! Its going to be hard to part with this when its done, Ill have to keep a copy of the pattern and get it all to make ds a new one!!

I got my quilt for kids kit yesterday it is so cute has little fish in it . Just finished it. Called to see if i could get somemore she said to put a note in with the one you are sending back and they will send more.

I just finished a quilt for kids from the same fabric you received. Also am finishing another from my own fabrics. I also let my three sisters in on the Quilt for Kids project and they have all received their packets. They have passed the site along to their quilting friends.
We all enjoy during something for kids especially when it comes to making something.

:mrgreen: I will be doing mine for the area NICU.I had a daughter that passed away in our local NICU and I had a beautiful blanket to keep that she was wrapped in.It was not a quilt but a blanket.I love it just as if it were a quilt made with love from a quilter.I hope more people will help with this cause. :mrgreen: blessings,quilt-n-frenz(Vickie)

I received my kit about 2 days after I ordered it on line.
Finished it yesterday.....so cute. Such bright colors.
I'm inspired!!!! Spent two days at Joanne's!
Will also send more quilts.
It does "feel good" to do something nice for the kids!

Received my quilt kit on Wednesday. I have already pieced it together. Will be sandwiching and quilting in a few days. Should be able to send the quilt back on Friday. The kit I received has a dog theme. Will post picture before sending off.

I tried to go on the website to sign up and it won't let me complete the request. It tells me that I am not authorized to perform this action and directs me back to to application form. Wonder what is wrong? Surely the promotion is not over.
