    dluvs2quilt,

the pincushions you made are adorable. and i love the little threadcatchers. they would be so handy when you are going out to a quilting meeting and need to work in a small space.

    rosebud,

a threadcatcher is anything that will contain your threads so they don't escape all over the house. threads prefer to roam free.

Thank-You. They were quick and easy to make. I was thinking they would also be great for traveling.

    Good evening!!

So sorry I have been missing this week. Monday was week 5 of 6 for my Ladies' Class at church. Had to work to 8 both yesterday and today. Will have to do that again tomorrow. Friday, I work to 6. Saturday I am in the sewing corner ALL day!!!!

Today was the deadline to send. I have heard from a few of you that you will be mailing by Friday. On Monday, I will send PM's to those that I have not heard from.

    Have a good evening!!

As my DD says, SNAP! I forgot to say thank you to leiladylei. Had a box of goodies in the box tonight.

Leidene was my SP for needlecase, but she made a matching pincushion. She also sent two packages of macadamia nuts (one was chocolate and toffe, and the other was honey roasted-they were delicious!!), and cat treats for Camo. He also says thank you. We did not allow him to eat ALL of his like we did!! Thank you so much!!

i rec'd a wonderfully clever needle book from ashjoy today! she combined her love of scrapbooking and quilting! you will be amazed with her creativity! thank you ashjoy! it's really terrific!! ( oops, i ate the candy). the fabrics you sent are lovely. you are so generous! thank you!
didn't make it to the p.o. as i had planned due to arm issues and the continuing fence problems.
bluecat, i didn't have to work taxes, much to the relief of the irs. perhaps someone else on this board did. since i can't add, subtract, multiply or divide they are very happy i stay out of it! lol. other than that, i'm a math whiz!! hee hee.
