I already signed up for one large and one small. April, if you need another small fast boomer, I can change my choice to small fast. Otherwise, I'll just stay at small slow.

I have a fabric collection that I can't wait to use in this swap but they are cut 9 x 22. Hope my group can make them work. Have been pulling block patterns and can't wait to get started!

    Hi.....

I've been AWOL for since Boom 7.... but I am ready to do it again! My blocks from Boom 3 are a king size quilt on my bed. My blocks from Boom 5 are for 2 twin size quilts in the guestroom... so far 1 is made, 1 isn't even started yet. My blocks from Boom 7 are being made into isolette quilts for premie babies in our 4 hospitals, sponsored by our quilt guild. This time around... who knows! But I feel some serious (fun) fabric shopping in my near future.

April, I am so sorry to hear that you had 2 more surgeries. but so happy you are still willing and ready to sponsor these Boomerang Swaps. I will send you a message with my info etc.

    hugs, Jupiter

So glad to see the swappers swarming in. We still have plenty of room left so come one come all.
Marilyn I am so happy to see you back. I need to take your lead and get all of my boom blocks together and in to the quilts they were meant to be in..so slow I am (I'm blaming it on the six surgeries..yeah that's it LOLOL)
Since I am sitting out 10 I might just be able to do that though I have two week long conferences for work and have to finish my CFP course.
Oh and I made the President's List for College even while having my brain surgery..yippee!!!
    Hugs
    April

    Default good response!

April I think your time is coming.. give yourself time to heal and you will be in a better spot. I know you can't wait!

Taking time out is not a bad thing at all.. the booms will continue to be here I am sure so missing one if you need time to finish out your other commitments is a good thing. I am slowing down myself. The boom is fun for me and plenty of time to work on. I just need to get myself together too! I am in this one for two small swaps but big swaps I am giving a few months off. phew! moving in two weeks to Wyoming. I am going to be close close buddies with Jaba! (actually moving in with her for a short time) so if we seem glued at the hip ..we are I promise to live in your greenhouse as much as possible. this is where my kitties get to reside until we find our perfect little home.

I second that. The Lord has blessed you for sure April. We know you will be watching over us to be sure we play nice. LOL
I almost have my Boom 8 blocks put together. I have them sorted and the fabric cut, just have to assemble the tops. I even have the backing ready for them.
I am thinking I have this bolt of fabric I want to finish up. still contemplating though. Not sure if I like it enough to be in a quilt or just the back. Will continue to look.

I sent you an email. I think the last Boom Swap I participated in was 6.0. I've missed it and ready to jump back in.
