Default Looking for info on the National ELDREDGE TWO SPOOL....

I rescued an ELDREDGE TWO SPOOL treadle, found it for sale on Craigslist it had been sitting in the persons garage for over a year... a little rough but with some oil and elbow grease she is starting to look pretty nice..... was wondering if anyone would have any information on what type of needle would work best with this machine, and what type or size belt would be suggested? The picture is from the day I picked her up......

    Skip,

Went to the eBay link you posted and this is what came up:

This listing () has been removed, or this item is not available.
    •
      • Please check that you've entered the correct item number
      • Listings that have ended 90 or more days ago will not be available for viewing.

Is my computer being cranky or is this right?

    Gretchen,

Sew-Classic has treadle belts too. They come long so you need to cut them to length. She also has instructions on her site on how to do this for a proper fit.

Maybe some listings times out after a while. ebay give promo deals every now & then that might make it worthwhile to write a whole new listing instead of renew the old one.

Do you need a manual for it? Let me know and I will scan mine and send it to you.
