    Star,
Thanks. My son has always liked the quilts I've made him over the years...even my first ones that were filled with errors! As he outgrew them, he had me put them in my cedar chest for him to pass on to his children someday. My quilts now are still not perfect, but as long as my kids/grandsons don't mind, I'll just keep working at it.

I've always wanted to do a Dear Jane quilt. I wish I'd discovered this thread sooner so I could have planned to get everything and start with everyone in January. Still, I can't wait to see how things go and I am definitely glad to discover the software out there for this quilt.

Kelly, I worked it out by copying thr picture off of the computer and laying it out like that. What a job but I got it!! It nearly got tossed!!! I also finished LS10, that was so easy compared to BR11.

Cathy, Thanks for the great web sites for the DJ blocks and triangles. I hope Klue can do more of them in PP than she did. Welcome to the DJ Cyber Party!!

Tiffany, you still have plenty of time to prepare and Christmas is coming ! I got my software, rulers and some fabric early for Chistmas presents. My DH is just as excited about this DJ as I am!!

I sure wish I could get someone to get these for me for Christmas!! All I need is the software and rulers. As for fabric, why, I'd use my scraps of course! Sadly, everyone in the family is on such a tight budget and Christmas is going to be celebrated, but not by exchanging gifts, at least not this year. I say that but then I did make my grandson a quilt for his bed. What can I say, I'm grandma and it's my perogative!

I must admit this is one pattern that I find a bit intimidating. I think doing it as a group is a great idea!

Some of the blocks are pretty easy. So it's nice to start with those to get the confidence going.

oh yes! I'm excited to see all the different ways this one pattern will turn out with all the different fabrics everyone is using. I'm glad that I have Christmas projects to finish up so I will stay busy almost to the time we start.
