this month's DQ is kicking my butt. I am sorry to say it will be mailed out late, I was hoping to get it done over the weekend, I did get a good part of it done, now needs the quilting to be done, which in all fairness to our new hostess, you don't want me working on it after a long day at work, I don't get home until about 9 pm each night. I will be off from Friday to Monday and it will be done during my days off. It is coming together so well. I am excited to see how it is coming out.........gonna be hard to send it out, but I will.

I am already thinking about next months quilt and helping mom (LucyLou512) it will be her first one.

Has anyone been in touch with EagleOneOwl2U2? She is DebbyG's partner for July and has not been in touch. *sigh* It's Lisa's problem now.

Add YankeeGirl to the MIA list. She is Tam...Moo's partner.

Miss Lisa ... can you please help these ladies? Maybe DebbyG and Tam...Moo should send to each other? I think that's a good solution!
Hey Sounds good to me! I say if neither Tam...moo or DebbyG here from their assigned partner by Wednesday, then if they want to... I say YES they should exchange addresses and swap DQ's! Just let me know what y'all decide to do.

I will mark the MIA's according on the list....

Off topic but thought Krystyna would love to see this quilt...made from clothing labels. Took about 30 years of collecting labels to make the quilt. Are you there yet Krystyna???

Hi everyone! I am alive lol. I burned my left hand - steam from microwaving OUCH!! I have not been able to do ANYTHING at all which is making me crazy. Typing is slow one handed but wanted you to know I am here and thankfully have the majority of my DQ done as I started early. Just a few small things to do which I can handle and it will be on its way to Texas . As I can't sew I will be taking a break from swaps for August. Hope to see you all again come September. Sorry for my disappearing act - will check in to see everyone's awesome creations. Hope you all are having a great Summer! Heather (Yankeegirl)

I received the most beautiful yellow/orange sun DQ from our new hostess QuiltingKrazy. Along with a little cross stitch sun kit and some Psalms book marks. I will post a picture soon. I was exhausted when I got home last night.

Thank you so much Lisa it is lovely, will brighten my cube when I bring it to work.

Feast your eyes on the wonderful little quilt from Lynnie25! Not only did she make a fabulous quilt but look at all of the wonderful b/r/w fabrics! Lynnie and I have a lot in common with the quilts we make....funny that we didn't even discuss but ended up making similar type quilts....triangles, dimmensional (the red thin inner borders), etc! I love this quilt and it is going to hang with the rest of the wonderful doll quilts I have received! Lyn also sent me magazines....3, which I know increased her postage! and look at the wonderful fabrics AND....selvedges!! Thanks Lyn you are a fabulous swap partner!
