Beautiful work and colors really go good with the Harley Emblem.
I designed it myself. After quite a few months of brainstorming and looking at fabrics and online, I had a starting point. Everything else was actually one step at a time. I didn't know what the ending would look like. Having the Harley emblem at the beginning was a big help. Each step was a big decision and planning, making samples, taking photos (which was a big help to visualize), and getting hubby's opinions. I didn't settle for anything unless I felt just right about it. Luckily I didn't have a deadline. It would have ended up a different quilt if I had a deadline. We do not ride a motorcycle but my Sister and her husband have for many years. My Dad had a BMW and would ride all around the country with my Mother when we were teens and older. He had a passion for his BMW similar to Harley riders.

My Sister found the Harley sheets. I can't remember where. Here is a link to see some.

I've tried to attach more photos but it doesn't work. I'll keep trying.

It's wonderful. The colors are vibrant and I love the layout! Great job!

    So...what's your next one?

I discovered the initial photos on page 1 could be enlarged if you click on them individually. I have been having trouble adding photos to this Thread to show close-up of the quilting, I will start a new thread to add photos there.

HURRAY!! I figured out how to add more photos to this "Harley" thread. Here are some photos which show the quilting.
