    Default Cricut Expression 2 Cutter

I'm thinking about asking Santa for one and I saw that Joann's is having a one day sale on it. Do you own the machine? If so do you like, why,why not? Can you cut fabric with it?

    Thanks for responding

yes you can cut fabric, there is a learning curve, keep in mind a cricut you have to use their cartridges, a silhouette or brother scanncut might be a better suit for a quilter than a cricut which is more designed for scrapbooking and very limited to their product. With a silhouette or brother you can scan quilt pattern pieces and cut them for applique, I think the brother even has a quilt pack you can add. plus cricut cartridges run about 30 dollars on sale which can quickly add up to a lot of money. I have some and haven't used them in my MIL's machine. but I do want a scanncut somewhere down the line

I would get the silhouette cameo. It's on sale right now at JC Penney online. Use CREDITSV for 20% off and free shipping (expires tomorrow).
