I love the lions block omg that is so pretty and the log cabin with that ribbon border love that too.. I was going to put that one in later in the quilt and might still in case anyone wants to try it!

any time you find a must have border please feel free to post it here you might find you have takers on it also and heck the whole goal is to quilt along so we can be different in designs just enjoy the game together Hope your New Years is going smashingly and I will be waiting anxiously to see all your delightful creations!

oksewnsew I used that block in my quilt for quilters swap with batiks absolutely loved the allhallows block and have seen it used in other rr's and depending on the fabrics it takes on a totally different look. Can't wait to see your fabric choices so get sewing girl!

Happy New Year . I pulled fabric for my 9 patch from my stash. Will cut tomorrow after my eyes rest from all the football games today. I am excited to get to work on my orphan Sun Bonnet Sue. It will be a scrappy one. Hugs

Oh Brat, that is going to be gorgeous. I'm not a big fan of yellow, but that really is striking. I'm working on mine - gotta eat here in a bit, and hopefully finish it tomorrow, then onto the border..

Here is my center block. It is a hand painted batik panel. I will have to trim it up, and possibly add a plain border to get a size that works.

Wow! Those centre blocks are stunning everyone. There are going to be some amazing quilts around here.
    Elisabrat - it's looking wonderful.
I managed a mock-up today. All my blocks are done and just need to be sewn together and added to my centre.

I auditioned an orangey-yellow which matched the colour in the kitty tie and kitty fabric beautifully but was too bright. I also auditioned a purple that was the perfect purple but it was too dull. The green worked for me. It seemed to bring out the green in the tie. My corner squares have a slightly lighter green for a little extra interest.

I am going to go crazy reading all the comments & looking for directions. Is there any way to simplify this?
I'm going to make the larger All Hallows Block too. Need to go back to see 1st round patterns. TY Ladies!
