Jaba, you shame me!!! LOL I have received and replied to PM from my partner for this month. Can't wait to go through my stash and find something AWESOME!! Welcome aboard, Bob. I keep trying to get my DH to quilt with me. He used to help me tie quilts back when I though all you had todo to make a quilt was tie two sheets together with batting in between!!!! Don't get me wrong, that makes a really nice blanket!!

Yeah I keep trying to get my husband into quilting. I remind him that
quilting is not just women.
He told me when I can sit down and program a computer than he will
start quilting with me. I asked him isn't it enough that I can rebuild my
own computers, why should I have to learn how to program one also.
Guess I am destined to not to have my partner quilting with me, which
is probably a good thing as he would try to take over my best machine
or end up going and buying a machine that is better.

I finally got the EQ7 installed on my computer and am hoping to use it to design this months project!! I love to design, but usually do it "by the seat of my pants" and never know what it will look like til it is done! Just did one with DD, go figure; she started sewing with me just before Christmas and now announces she is moving accross the country! I knew I wanted a big star, just couldn't quite figur out how to do it. My next one WILL be a big star, I started playing around with a design last night!!

I have been working on UFO's and can't wait to do this "new" project!! It really is nice to see some projects done that have been sitting for......wait for it.......years! Yes, I said years. Something like 7 tops done, 3 or 4 of them in their quilt sandwich, just waiting for me to machine quilt them. The little ones are so much easier. I worked on one New Years day and my arms ached for 2 days!! Wrestling a King size quilt under my regular sewing machine is WORK!!!
