The quilting really changes how you see the quilt and it is beautiful I can just visualize a beautiful bedroom with a mahogany bed and your quilt on it.

When Doris brought it to me, I mentioned that there would be a lot of stopping and starting in the quilting, but once I began stitching I was able to hide the stitches connecting the diamonds in the ditch. The book "Quilting Makes the Quilt" inspired me to quilt the diamonds.
Bobbielinks: Awesome, awesome, awesome. Thanks for sharing. Can you share the pattern name for this Log Cabin or where I can find it? I, too, have not ever seen it done this way. I am a true lover of LC and this is unique. Please and thanks.

WOW This is GORGEOOUS. The colors really go together and the quilting really sets it off. This is truly worth the time and effort put forth to complete. Well done by both. Love it.

The soft neutral colors that she chose for the quilt, combined with your out of the box quilting turn the humble log cabin into an elegant masterpiece.
I can't say it any better than that - spectacular
