    I completely agree with Rebecca---no other color is needed---and want to add my compliments to the rest. I just love your quilt, the black sashing really makes all the colors pop right off the quilt. I just have to make one of these string quilts, so pretty!

    Have to agree with everyone, great quilt. I like to use black in my quilts too to make the colors pop.

    I also love the black sashing used in it.. Makes the colors "pop"... It is awesome..

    Hi there,

    I saw your string quilt and thought it was absolutely gorgeous. A light bulb went off in my head and I thought "ah ha a way to use up all the extra strips from my other quilts" I hope you don't mind if I use your idea. I have almost all of the blocks done and will post a pic when I finish. I had enough different strips that no block has the same material in it twice.
