JuneBillie, I think she meant the envelope, being whimsy. She knew it would 'confuse' me...LOLO

    Cool A Montana Star for a Star of Montana . . .

TheMamaHauser . . . your star is enroute. It's the Montana Star from Doak's 50 Fab stars. Hope you like it; I had fun making it. Again, I thank you for my great b/w diagonal block. Here are our blocks for March. . . . GP

I sent Robert my two blocks of doggies but he is not here to post a picture so I cant share them with you I will wish him well where ever life takes him. Kiss kiss Robert!

I am taking a couple months off now to finish some UFO's that are biting me. I think they eventually protest enough that I have to do something with them. I believe I have 20 blocks for Halloween in there maybe just maybe I should make a quilt out of them. Or back a fall quilt! then its double useage! I just don't begin to know how to quilt something like that.. so it works on both sides. challenges! will post a picture to share with you when I get to it. that box is pretty darned full!

My partner, country-girl, blew me out of the water with the blocks she sent me.

By comparison, I went MUCH more simply for hers. I need to learn paper-piecing better so I can keep up with you magicians! I found this adorable mini-panel in my stash for her RWB/Patriotic quilt. I put a simple red frame around it, and threw the other mini-panel in the envelope for her to enjoy. Country-girl, I hope you liked the block and fabric!

I have enough blocks now to finish out my Orange/Navy/White University of Virginia quilt. I'll ask for a new theme from my April partner-- what that might be I have no idea yet!
