Gus, My name is Sherri and I am just starting Dear Jane. I have the book, the CD, the rulers and the fabric. Can I be added to the group please?

Well, another week down, and I actually got 2 triangles and 1 corner done. Not sure about this next week, but just need to take 1 day at a time. On the triangle below, I had to leave out the last diamond at top, for now, because I just can't get it that small. I am going to try again this next week, when I am not quite so tired. And if I can't get it on, who will know?

And finally, I got my first corner made. It is the top left corner. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. In my mind, making it fit the corner when I put it together, that will be tricky.

How do you all decide which block to work on? Does everyone do the same one, does everyone do something different?

Sherri -- Go to the bottom of the very first post in this thread and you'll see the link to Gus' schedule. She did a really good job combining the advanced, moderate, and easy blocks each week.

Hello to everyone. All of the blocks posted are beautiful. I have been working on the blocks, but I don't know how to post pictures. Maybe I can get my daughter to show me how. I am so glad Gus restarted the thread it did give me an incentive to restart the blocks again. I am not sure what week we are on. I couldn't get the schedule to pull up on my computer.

Ladies - I am so very grateful for you wonderful group of women that step in and help ALL the time answering questions for new Janiacs I finally got a chance to look at the last 30 or so posts. When I agreed to set up a new DJ thread I had no idea my back would cause me so much trouble. Some of it is settled now, but the past couple of weeks have been hectic. My DDIL's mom was out from TX the week before Easter [from the 10th] and we all went to Disneyland [her first trip - so awesome to experience with someone who has never been, especially with someone special and sweet]. 12th was my youngest GS's 3rd bday, followed my son's and by mine [Gladys - you are awesome!!!! wonderful QB friend - thanks for the bday you tube video, it was hysterical!] I'm noticing the time and I have a class to be at half hour away in 25 minutes so I must finish quickly and come back to all the notes I jotted down but below at least is the link to my schedule.
