    I would say you did your Grandmother proud with the quilting you did on this beautiful quilt! You should be very proud ~ I'm sure she is!

    What a treasure. There is a lone star partially pieced by my great grandmother someplace in my family. I think I will see if I can find it and finish it. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Congratulations! It looks like your grandmother put a lot of stitches and work in her quilt top. And it's wonderful that you could finish it.

    Looks wonderful to me!

    No matter how critical you are of your hand quilting, think about how much prettier it looks quilted, displayed and appreciated, compared to how it looked tucked away in storage!
