Default Maybe He Wants to Learn to Sew

I was doing some hand work in the sewing room when I was home for lunch the other day and Scooter decided to take a nap under my sewing machine table. It's a good thing I unplug my machine when I'm not using it!

The foot control is just the right height and angle for a good nap!

We owned a big fat weiner dog and he always liked to lay at my feet. One day I was sewing away and stopped for a minute to do some pinning and the machine took off by itself and I discovered him laying on the footfeed. What a shock that was. He was insulted when I insisted that he move.

This one is part dachshund and we think part lab. lol. He does act really annoyed when I make him move so I can sew.
