    Default Storm At Sea Day 5

    Did the lights today, will finish them in the morn, and then set up sewing area the way i want it. Was a good day of cutting , lol, did not have to 2worry about right and back sides like with the Batiks, Here are todays pics, only ave to do240 pieces in the morn.

    Default Storm At Sea Day 6

    Finished the last cutting this morn, did 120 T25 and 120 T25r and also a pic of the whole quilt pieces. Is anyone interested with seeing it come together? If not I will quit posting here, and ty for tuning in

    I think you should do a quick tute on it. I can't wait to see it all done. I like watching the progress as well.

    ok guys finishing up the first set of small blocks today. or at least i hope to When I got out my machine I had to oil it and go over some things, lol had to find my 1/4in foot also, love that thing So will either post first blocks and instructions this afternoon or tomorrow morning. and thanks for being patient with me.

    Can't wait to see the finished quilt! Those are beautiful batiks & the color combinations will be dramatic!! My first big quilt was a SAS but basic blue calicos & boring. Looking back & remembering cutting all those pieces from plastic templets seems like over 20 yrs ago! LOL Your son is going to Love this one as much as the first!

    I am loving your progress posts and excited to go on this journey with you. I have been planning a Storm at Sea but have been hesitating on the process I want to use to cut the pieces.
