    Default Clock kittens

    Hi All,
I am in search of a crib quilt pattern which I believe dates from the late 60s. It had three kittens dressed as engineers playing on a cuckoo clock. It was a combination of applique and embroidery. It was made for me by my grandmother when I was a baby.
Does anyone know where I can find this pattern or an image of the quilt? I am going from memory of a long lost quilt.
    Thanks,
    Natalie

I've looked and found nothing. Maybe if you could do a rough sketch.

That's a great link QuiltingVagabond! I was going to suggest looking through Redwork patterns but your link is better.

Thanks to you all...I have searched in MJ's and Effie's vintage pattern sites. QV, thanks and I did look through those cute patterns at that link...but did not see it. It has been suggested to me that it may have been a Vogart pattern...judging by the Vogart kitten patterns that I have seen during my search, that is possible.
Tessagin, I will sketch it out to show members as soon as I can, please do check back.
Any leads welcome....but I am patient. There is a lot more to enjoy and explore.

Maybe you'd get more views of your request if you post this on a quilter's forum -- this section is more about vintage sewing machines than the quilts or patterns....

    Good luck in your search.

I thought it was a pretty good idea to post here. She's looking for a vintage quilting pattern and this is the vintage machine part of the quilting board.

I haven't a clue where you can find the pattern, but
I remember it. It's very cute. I hope you find it.

Dot'sGD, it sounds as if your grandmother used two different kinds of work to make your quilt. I've done a lot of embroidery and at different times I have liked something, but it still needed a little extra. That's when you can add some applique (that's when I try out any new applique styles I've been wanting to try).
