Can Someone Tell Me What This Is??

If you put the make & model number in your Google or search line, you will see that you can get a manual for your machine if you do not have one. You also may find instrucitions on one of the links regarding the buttonhole maker you have.

It is a Singer slant needle button hold attachment.
Since it's pink, where the attachment bolts onto the sewing machine shank will be at a slant. If it was green it would be for a low shank. If you don't have a slant needle sewing machine, you will need an adapter to bolt it on. Remove the bolt in the presser foot shank, attached the button holder and tighten the bolt.

I have this buttonhole attachment. Remember when using it to place the plate over the feed dogs. I got it when I bought my 1943 English Singer with my high school graduation money. I still use it as it is easier to get exact buttonholes than with my new machine.

That is a buttonhole maker. I had one similar to that with my first singer in 1960. It works really good, in fact, after I purchased my first Bernina, I would go back to my old worn out Singer to make my Buttonholes. ENJOY!!!!

I have two complete sets of these kits. One is really old and must have come with the machine I bought. The other one looks completely new and has never been used. This one looks like your picture. It comes in a green oval shaped container with the actual attachment, a manual, a throat plate, several templates for the different sized buttonholes, a screw driver. I am sending a picture of the first page.
