Really. Low Points? hm, do you have the recipe?

Got mine done except for the trimming. I'll wait until I see what joins to them to do that. Been binding a quilt, so I haven't had time to post a picture. I'll do that tomorrow.

Mine are almost 9" with the first triangles added, and I use a quarter inch foot with a guide. My four patches were exactly 6 1/2", so it doesn't make sense to me. I am not going to worry about it at the moment. I am just going to make my blocks and adjust next weeks clue if I need to-to make it all work out. I don't want to take a chance of losing my points. Thanks Judy for all you do for us.

This is my first train ride!!! I've enjoyed every minute of it! Got my blocks done and on the design wall....and they look great! I did six blocks with dark blues and six blocks with dark greens. This has been one of the most relaxing and enjoyable tops that I've ever pieced. Can't wait for the next clue! Thanks so much, Judy!!!!!!

These were my measurements, too. I used a 7 & 1/2 inch square for the last triangles, which made my blocks with enough seam allowance so that I didn't lose points, but was able to trim to 12 &1/2 ". Whew!! But hope I won't be booed off the train, cause I don't have tons of variety of fabrics, have many repeats, but to me "scrappy" means leftovers and using what you have. I love how these are turning out and am so happy with the pace of the mystery. Just enough to do in a week, without lots of pressure. Will post a pix when all are trimmed and sewn.

We must be in the same car of the train because mine are also 9 in. So very happy to hear I am not the only one. Guess I will now add the triangles and see how it goes.
