Well Lynnie, looks like you get your wish. Looks like the ride will last a little longer until we get the quilt blocks finished for Jolo. Count me in for a block or two.

What a wonderful surprise from all of you my quilting family. I really love the idea of an old fashioned friendship quilt or block where each of you sign and where you are from. I told Dot my favorite color are blues and greens. So work with your favorite color or pattern and I will love it .Cant wait to go to the mailbox and take this out and caress it. lol You all have made my day.!!!!!

Dot: Count me in with a block or two. When I read Jolo's post I just couldn't believe it. I can't imagine the perp is a quilter, we all know how much we love our quilts. While I know it won't replace the treasures that are missing, I just want to do something to say how sorry I am.

I will send a couple blocks to Jolo. Will PM Judy for the address. I don't know what block we are doing or the size. Have the color. (It's been a few busy days here & I've missed some things.)

I finished my blocks, but they are b--t ugly. Due to me knot having a ton of scraps and color values. The blocks all have their points, so that's a positive which rarely happens at my sewing machine. Today is a day for me to do whatever...besides wait for the train!

Stay warm and safe all you storm/weather embattled folks!

Quick question~ screen name, real name or both on jolo's blocks? This will be fun putting a smile on her face!
