I agree with Shy. I have some material that I bought at Walmart and later saw the same fabric for almost double the price in a fabric store. I got it at WM just after they put it out so got it in several color ways. The craft mgr came on duty while I was there and was so excited. She had not seen it because she was not at work when it came in. She was putting some away for herself.

I went to a quilt shop and bought the stuff to make a quilt top for a new relative and walked out $125 later and was kinda stunned a lot of it was on sale and some of it I picked out because it was more in my budget. lol I went home and bought the backing on thousand bolts as they were having a sale, I really hope they like it and ill just cringe if
anything happens to it. I hope I can get it done on my vacation I would jump up and dance if I found anything that cheap that was thicker than a paper towel.

I pick and choose at Walmart. Some of the fabrics they have are very nice and I don't hesitate to use them. I noticed today that they have some Waverly for $3.97 a yard. (not quilting fabric though)
