    Default Farmers Daughter

Looking for information on this out of print pattern. Does anyone recognize the fabrics? Any yardage recommendations would be helpful. If anyone has a source to purchase out of print patterns, I would appreciate the help.
My daughter has asked me to make her this quilt. I think I could figure it out since I have already found the main block on line but I am always feel more secure with the pattern.

If it helps, the sashing with 4-pointed stars looks just like the sashing on a recent train-ride mystery (8th one, I think), and the instructions for making these would be somewhere in that thread (in the blocks of the week forum).

I found these instructions for this type of block.

and this is the best one and this style of FD is really the nicer one in my opinion...

I personally like the second posting....5x5. Squares and HSTs......first one with odd shaped center or jinny buyers are way too complicated.....I always look for this easiest way.......more enjoyment, less frustration
