1951 Singer 301A
Serial Number NA433161

My sister found an apparently-forgotten 301A in our late mother's belongings; we didn't even know she owned it. The machine had a bad plug (wiring disconnected) so I replaced this and cleaned everything else up recently. What a nice straight stitch she makes!

beautiful 301, you will LOVE sewing on it...........mine is the tan, and I found it in a thrift store, complete with cabinet, for a total of $32.00 and I have sewed a zillion miles on it.............my Andy came from Anderson SC Singer plant........early to mid 40's, I think...........
