LaceLady that came out fantastic. Just the right touch for Colletta's center, more perfect you couldn't find.... ;)

Ladies....just a reminder that will apply to ALL the rounds. You MAY use multiple borders to make up the size required for that round. For instance....you can add a 2" and a 3" to make the 5" border, or you could use a 1" and a 4"...and so on. This can be done for ALL the rounds and it makes figuring out the math easier for those "odd" sizes.

Next mailing is 15 Feb....don't forget your postcards/FQ's if you group is enclosing them! As alway, if you are having trouble or a problem...holler at your point person or me... Have FUN!!

Just now finished Jan's center and ironed it.
I used 3 different batiks, and It has just so many different colors and shades in it .
Hope Jan likes it, i will be on pins and needles and sick on my tummy until I hear

that's really pretty Ninnie. I like how you used the darker colors like those in the background of the center. It really lets the compass star pop. Very pretty.

I agree with sew cornie the design you chose for the border really makes the center stand out. Nice job Ninnie!

Good creative concept! It does everything all the others have said ... and, the FIRST thing I noticed was the way you left it open for the next border ... you really showed your talent, my friend <wave>
