Who has the Laura Ashley Innov-ís NX2000?

I just got my Laura Ashley NX2000, I need help using it. I bought it in another state. They offer lessons, but I'm in NC. I need to find a dealer or someone to show me how to use it. I'm more of a visual person.
All the comments I've seen her are from 2011. It's " 2016 " help.

Hi Quilter 60! I have a Laura Ashley NX2000. If you give me a list of things you may need to know, I will try my best to walk you through your issues.
