    Default Computer Guru Help Needed

A number of us have been having trouble receiving the digests recently. A thread was started in Pictures but I think we may get additional response from posting here.

I reviewed information that Patrice has posted in QB Help but she feels it is more of a problem with our computers and not the Board. I do not know what else to try -- suggestions more than welcome.

Copy of my post today under Forum:Pictures

Mine hasn't worked in days either -- I can go to old mail and open previous digests but when I try to open current mail, I see quilting board in the address bar and a second box next to it says https://campaign= and nothing else appears on the screen. When I hover over the second box, this address appears

    http://www.quiltingboard.com/resourc..._sources=Exact Target&utm_campaign=

I am using Windows10, Mozilla Firefox and google mail and am not too computer savvy. I changed my quilt board password, ran CC Cleaner, and Spybot and use AVG antivirus. Don't know what else to try. This is frustrating!!!

Often a OS or virus program update can mess things up. If Windows/etc did a recent update you could try to revert your system back & see if that fixes it. If so then the next update may undo the mess.

Have you tried clearing your cache? Google for instructions for doing it with Windows 10. I honestly don't know if that would help. I don't use the digest to access the board.

I cannot believe this many computers are at fault. The last time this happened the problem was cleared up at their end.

Is the "Third Party" even aware of the problem?
