Welcome from Ontario, Canada. It's a beautiful Cathedral Windows! All pieced and sewn by hand, very time consuming quilt.

    Cathedral Windows? Wow, thanks!

Any Idea what age? estimate of value?

    84" x 80"

Fabrics remind me of about 1970's . Getting a good price for quilts is difficult as people figure they can buy a Walmart blanket for $50 . Check out some eBay and Etsy prices to see what a new Catherdral Windows would be listed at.

Yes, much newer fabric than the 40's.

Oh, what a fun Cathedral Windows quilt! It's like an I Spy for every age group! The fabrics do look like what we were wearing and sewing with in the 70's--lots of primary colors, harvest golds, calicos, "circus-y" looking prints.

Your best bet to get an accurate age and value estimate would be to have it professionally appraised. You can find them on the internet, do a search for "professional quilt appraisers".
