Default What else do you call small felines other than "cats"?

My family used to call all cats by silly names -

    feedy-ootses - felinis -poody-tats -

Did you - or anyone you know - call cats or kittens something other than cats or kittens?

(I am only looking for "affectionate" names here. My DH was not/is not fond of cats - don't want those kinds of names here.)

Our outdoor cat Annie will come when I call her name, call out Annie girl or call chick-chick-chick for the chickens. She will not come if I call out here kitty-kitty-kitty.

A small cat I call kitty. I taught all of my kittens/cats to come when I whistle, much easier then calling their name.

Jim calls anything that is fuzzy and cute a jub. I call them kitties, or fuzzy face, and sometimes "the kids". Smoky I will very often call "Mama", because is the mother to the other three. We are Mommy and Daddy to four cats and a dog.

Sometimes all I have to say is "Who wants a snack"? That gets everybody in the kitchen at once.
