We have a brother and a sister pair. He is about 50% larger (12# vs. 8#). She is so small, I changed her name from "Ladybug" to "Little Bit." My DH calls our male (real name: Tigger), "Door Stop" (he loves to lie in the doorway) or Tech Support (when he hangs around the computer while DH is working on it).

Usually only Princess or Your Highness is good enough for our fur baby. But sometimes we call her the Cat Bird

my Maine coon that passed was officially, Mr. Xanadu the charming grimmle kin.
grimmel kin is olde English for cat. When he was a baby, he had 'stuff' on him from the litter box. so I cut his pants off. It earned him the name, 'stinky pants' or Stinks.
I still get mail to my email addressed to Mr Stinky, for male enhancements, because of the MR part in my e-mail.

In ancient Egypt cats were worshiped as Gods. Cats have never forgotten this.

husband's side of the family is scottish--cats there are "moggies", and here, that's been the cat name for some of them. we had one cat named "little nuisance", because he moved in on us, and wouldn't consent to being an inside cat, ever. when he met his demise, his replacement was a perfect doppleganger except for a little white mustache, so he became "little nuisance, too", who became "LiNT". LiNT was our loving kitty for 20 years. their predecessor was the "cat of evil", and officially named "kittywampus".
