I probably won't get to sewing today, but will be watching closely; I just put some apple crisp in the dinning car and the coffee is fresh and hot. Enjoy the day!

I love apple crisp! I just put out breakfast tacos and homemade salsa. And the makings for bloody Mary's (or virgin), whichever you prefer.

With all the yummy treats, I may need to hop off the train and run along beside it for a while!

DH is taking me to a sports show this am, then I will stop at my favorite sewing machine place to pick up thread (they don't sell fabric). Should be home early afternoon and then more sewing time!

Hope everyone is having a good morning. I am not, well, I'm fine, internet it not. Just got the recorded message that my area is down and will be until about noon MST, four hours from now. So .... I am on my Ipad and all the pictures are on the computer and seem unable to transfer from puter to Ipad.

I will tell you what you will be doing for some of it, and if you want to wait until I post pix, that's ok. If you are anxious to get something cut, I can give you this part of the clue.

Gather together your neutral scraps and cut 31 pieces that measure 12.5" long by 2.5" wide. If you don't have enough neutrals, you can use a solid or a tone on tone, pick something that looks nice with your neutrals in the 4-patch.

You will also need some more 2.5" squares from your stash of medium to medium dark fabrics.

So, that's it from me for right now. Sorry to disappoint you. Will hopefully be back at noon with pictures and directions. One way or another, I will be back at noon my time.

Thanks, Judy. Technology is wonderful--until it isn't! No worries--we'll be here when your system is back up.

I finished my patches with the neutral fabric last night got the seams turned to make the little four patch and pressed them all.

Sounds like Murphy's Law, "If it can go wrong, it will". And it's corollary "At the worst possible moment".
We'll be here when you are fixed.

Pretty 4 patches ladies. I hate having computer troubles. It's almost as bad as car trouble. Guess it's not troubles really this time. Hope it's up again soon. Cathy I'll run along with you. I need to exercise instead of eating Breakfast Tacos and Apple crisp. Oh my Goodness that sounds so good.

I'm sorry you are having internet issues, Judy. However, it gave me a chance to press and trim my four patches. Plus I've cut out the strips for this current clue. I'm all caught up! Rare for me these days.
