Judy: the 2.5 x 2.5 strips are neutrals, NOT the constant fabric? Just checking.

Judy, is the HST mystery also for a lap size quilt? And would my flannel plaid shirts also work for that one? I want to make 3 throw size quilts from my husbands shirts for our children and following along with your mysteries keep my on task.

Judy, I'm ready for a HST mystery quilt. Like others mentioned before, they are much better than QST. This is my first mystery train ride and I love it! I woke up Saturday morning, anxious to see the next clue but could not look. I had to completely finish the first set of clues before starting another and I did. It's good to challenge yourself sometimes, things get done. I am also working on a mystery quilt in one of my quilt guilds and a BOM from my local quilt shop so keeping up is important for me. So far I'm doing a good job with keeping on track. Looking forward to the next mystery quilt from you Judy.

I love doing HST. They are the best. Enjoying this one, not a fan of QST but will do. Thanks for all your hard work.

Thank you for posting this link. Wish I had read it before I cut for clue 2.

Default Just some trimming left to do ~

Though there isn't a great deal of variety or bright colors from these flannel shirts, I do like the outcome and am anxious to see the finished product. Thank you Judy for all of your efforts in presenting these for us.

This is my first try at the Mystery Quilt Train and it has been fun to use up some of my 2.5 squares. I would certainly consider a HST quilt. I want to say easy, peasy but that is when I get into trouble. So, I will leave it at HST don't scare me. I would certainly consider it. Quite sure I could come up with light, medium, dark and accent color from my stash.
