    Default Second quilt Boys' Ranch

Our guild has sort of adopted a Boys' Ranch, and we are working to get 15 quilts ready for boys who have recently arrived. I made one quilt and had extra fabric, so I made another. These are for their beds, and they get to take them with them when they leave.

I selected sports fabric....baseballs, footballs, soccer balls, and basketballs. This is just the top. It isn't sandwiched or quilted yet.

I am pleased with this second quilt. Now I am ready to make a smaller quilt. Those bigger ones just wear me out when I quilt them.

Thanks for looking....and if you offered help when I was trying to decide if ten inch squares of fabric would look good....thank you for all of the good suggestions.

Looks like a winner for some young man. Like the fabric portraying sports and the bold design of the quilt. Winning combination. It is nice of your guild group to take on this project. There is so much need in our world for a warm touch-what is better than a quilt?
