I sent you a PM just now. <3

    Hi all,

I've been absent. I truly apologize. We have a cabin/cottage we go to every weekend (that's where I keep all my sewy stuff). But we had a fire somewhere in the last week in the pole shed/barn/garage. We lost atv's, motorcycles, jetski's, my car....the whole thing will have to be bulldozed down. I've attached a picture or two. If you can identify what you're looking at you have a job with the FBI or Scotland Yard depending which side of the pond you're on! LOL

Let me see if I remember everything people commented on or asked about:

There are a ton of different swaps we can do yet: polka dots, novelty, black and whites, aqua, anything goes, stripes, rainbows, repeats of what has already been done....we can figure it out

People involved in the neutral swap so far:
    Faintly
    Crispy
    Sunrise
    Moonrise
    Stafar
    Sewbiz
    Mary Mo
    JLT?
    Givio
    Trish b
    Fizzle
    Pinkflowers
    Jane Q
    Hav4
    Jaba

    Did I miss anyone?

My neutrals got cut this weekend and I only have 1 that I would consider "edgy". I like the idea of light vs. dark. But then again, I don't always follow the rules like many seasoned quilters. I just kinda use what I like and phooey on the rules. I'm a rebel like that. ROFL.

love some of the patterns everyone was talking about. They look like fun!

I was asked about a purple swap. Since we have already done purple, I think until that color comes around again, I'd maybe suggest people doing a private swap? Or does the majority think we should do it earlier? I'd like to go through the realm of everything else before doing repeats, but that is just my opinion. My .02. Which is really only worth half of that! LOL!

    Thoughts?

So sorry about the fire, Red! I hope and pray you have insurance that will help you with all that loss.

My package of neutrals will be mailed tomorrow, Tuesday.

Hav4 and Phyllis, your packages arrived!

Yes, we have insurance, let the headaches begin!

Thank you to those that have sent good messages my way for this fiasco. At least no one got hurt. That's something anyway....
