Both look great, I am in the process of doing a stack & Whack, but I think I'll do the LaMoyne Star. I also like your black background.

Wow! That is striking. Wish I could see it in person.

II'm *always* at that stage! OP, is that all one fabric or the same fabric but different colorways?

I donate about 40-50 quilts a year, so I'm past that stage of wanting more LOL ...

It's the same fabric - I bought tons of it ... I'll put a pic up later ... almost done quilting both tops! Can't wait to put it together ... I'm going to do some embroidery down the sides of the borders ... having fun with my new machine!

Great choice of fabric. It made a very pretty quilt.

I have both sides done - and they are pinned together, and just have to sew them together ... the center of my pinwheels match perfectly on both sides, so I will be sewing them together through the black "pinwheels".

I'm still debating the type of border to add on. I thought about doing some embroidery ... but, it's a lapquilt for me, and I have a cat LOL ... so I might just use some of the fabric that I have left over.

What a mess it makes when you sew with the batting on the back! It's everywhere ... time to go clean my machine!

    Thanks for looking!
