Default Waylon's The Owl and the Woodpecker

Haven't visited this site for awhile; just seems one gets so busy; need to take more time to just enjoy other people's work too. I just finished a baby quilt for new Great Grandson Waylon; it is forest themed and when I was looking for an owl I ran across a children's story written in 1971; titled "The Owl and the Woodpecker" I Loved the story and so incorporated the main characters into the quilt. It was a fun quilt to make!!! Hand applique and mostly hand quilted stitched a couple rows by machine because of time limit.
