Finished my Mrs. Cluckers, another fun block. This one is made like chickens our daughter has as pets. Not sure what kind they are but so cute. The 1st is one of our daughter's chicken and 2nd Mrs. Cluckers. You can't see the feathers I quilted on her wings. My 1st attempt at that.

sJens, that turned out great. Good job. I'm skipping this one. I don't hate the block, I think it's a cute idea. I just wanted a childs quilt with simple motifs. Isn't it great that we can all do what we want. In the end there are no right or wrongs.

SJens, your last two blocks are awesome! Your ability to pick just the right fabrics and embellishments is a cut above the rest. You may be kindling my interest again.

I think I will try to catch up. But, will save my first two pigs for a different quilt. I will just start again from the beginning.

Well I worked on my block and I like it. It is sure different but it kind of ties in with the farm as I put a chicken coup outside the sewing room . lol. Yes that is what it is suppose to be if you were wondering. I was going to add a couple flowery feed bags and forgot and didn't have room when I was done. Oh well. It's just for fun anyway, and I had fun. Hope you all get a laugh from mine. Have a good evening.
