    I can't find the words to say just how much I love this. This reminds me of my grandmother. She used to hand piece these wedding ring quilts and I sat on her hand made foot stool...which was just big enough for me to sit, and her feet. She lived in a house with no electricity, no running water, no central heat,or air condition. When it was really hot , I used to fan her with one of those hand fans that people used in church. Your quilt is so wonderful. Great work, your daughter will love it.

    Thank you! I enrolled in a Craftsy class by Gail Kessler. She taught different ways to make the DWR. I chose the paper pieced method and hand appliquéd the arcs down.
