Really like how you are doing your own thing--it will be a really cute quilt.
I have been working on that tractor block today and have never had so much trouble trying to figure out where all the pieces fit together. Frustrating tractor will be the name of my block when I get it finished. LOl

Warned you to applique it - I put the block together and then realized I put front wheel in the wrong place - had to grab Jack.

All those little pieces stopped me. So I appliqued mine.

NZQuilter: Very creative idea using the free coloring book pages as guides for the animals and the patchwork.

Great Job, NZ. Love the patchwork animals. Wish I had done that.

NZ, it was Lawsonmugs who inspired me to slip a few more patchwork animals in here. (pg. 18) She made Mrs. Clucker's Patchwork and it renewed my interest in this QAL again. So, I agree, I think my quilt needs more patchwork animals. Yours came out really really cute.

    Just saw this one ....

Yes it's a zebra, put perhaps it could be a farm donkey?

Keep coming with those blocks and ideas.

I agree, Judith! My farm spirit is renewed because of the patchwork animals. I made a hen last night and hope to make more soon. I was thinking of a kitty cat instead of the dress block... My head is spinning with ideas!
