Default Help with Montgomery Model 1917!

My grandma has an old Montgomery sewing machine from the 80's-90's. We want to start doing crafts together since she never got the chance to use it to it's full potential.

It works beautifully. The pedal is functioning as well. Only problem is that she lost the instruction manual. We have been having trouble finding instruction on how to use the machine and never get past threading it.

The model is 1917. Can someone please help me out?

I haven't dealt with any of the following, but did find -
    http://www.sewingmachinemanual.net/S...ion_Manual.htm
    and #49 on http://www.montgomerywardsmanuals.co...on_Manuals.htm and https://www.sewingmachinemanual.com/...-down1917.html

Janey - Neat people never make the exciting discoveries I do.
