    It's a beautiful combination of soft, calming colors. The sashing really highlights the design. Like everyone else, the white would be my preference too.

    Definitely with the white sashing . While I like it without I think a border makes the viewer linger awhile on the blocks. Without it likes one big block. Beautiful colors. Will be beautiful either way. Just my point of view.

    Thank you all for your thoughts, I still have not decided, hate making decisions like this. As bearisgrey mentioned, with no sashing being the old fashioned look is what I had in mind in the beginning. I do have some left over so may be able to make 2 different quilts. ..... to be continued...

    I prefer sashing - it does give the eye a rest and I think it makes the blocks more attractive instead of a large patchwork effect. But if you would get a solid of one of the darker shades like an olive green from the leaves I think it would make the blocks pop more.

    I like the white sashing also. I've had things blown off my design wall so I've learned to take a pic of whatever is up there just in case.
