if I ever buy precuts again. I did Not Enjoy Piecing this quilt.

It is made from three sets of Stonehenge strips, I guess the equivalent of three jelly rolls but packaged flat. The strips were not accurately cut and were micro pinked--making hundreds of tiny crumbs all over the place.

Quilted with Glide on my Tiara.

It is very pretty. Thank you for the warning about Stonehenge precuts! I do not like pinked edges. Micro pinked that leave bits everywhere doesn't sound like fun.

I think you did a very job to make this very pretty quilt.

Well, it turned out good but I understand your frustration. My 12 inch precuts were not cut square either and I'm doing a Goodnight Irene, or I should say I was. Had to quit because all that cutting my back gave out again. Need to make it and two more for Christmas, 2 being Queen and not sure about the other. Love the blues you used and the pattern seems easy enough so you shouldn't have felt like you needed to be shot! So Glad you weren't.-lol

What a beauty not to enjoy piecing! I feel your pain though.

    Your quilt is beautiful.

Precuts are definitely messy. I usually put the brush attachment on my vacuum and go over jelly rolls when I use them (which isn't often). I have had the ones that are packaged flat like that, and am not sure that my vacuum method would work as well. Maybe a lint roller?
