Default Programming Repetitive Stitches into a Bernina 790

I'm making quilt blocks that will have me repeating a stitch sequence several hundred times. I'm writing to ask if anyone knows the steps that would be required to program these stitches into the machine. For example, I want to:

    1) 3 stitches forward
    2) 2 stitches backward
    3) 42 stitches forward
    4) 2 stitches backward
    5) cut thread

I've searched the User's Manual, the web, and YouTube videos, and cannot find this information. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have absolutely no idea how to do this but I think you will get more help if you post this on the main section .
I will be watching for suggestions!
