Makes perfect sense -- just wanted to be sure before I cut all those strips

Thanks for taking this over. I will pm for your address in the next week or so. Most are cut, just need a few more for the 2 sets. Have a birthday party this weekend for my granddaughter who just turned 13--oh my--and a group of Easter cards to make for a card swap. Making her sleep pants and shorts out of peace sign fabric.

Have another question about the swap...I've been going through my stash and doing some cutting tonight. I don't have quite enough to make 1 set. So..I was wondering can we put 2 of the same material in a set? And do the sets need to color coordinate?

    Thank you,
    Mish :0)

I'm going to say that yes they need to be 20 different fabrics... I believe that people wanted to do this swap in order to get a variety of strips to work with. If anyone else has a different viewpoint, please speak up ;) But, NO I don't feel they need to coordinate at all!

I need clarification of one point. I read that it is 40 strips, then 20.
Or was it 20 different fabrics, so we have 2 of each?

    A set = 20 different strips.

Originally it was 40 but it was felt by some that this would prohibit some people from joining because they may not have 40 different fabrics.

So, we are doing sets of 20, you can submit as many sets as you like.

Let me know if you have any more questions :)

Just finished cutting my strips...I have 3 sets. I need to get big ziplock bags so that I can mail them out.

At least my stash is starting to get organized by doing this. My mind is going and going but right now I don't have time to really organize like I want to, it'll have to wait for about a month.

I'm so excited to get the swaps back. :0)
