quilt pattern
HI ,
I tracked down the Irish quilt guild that terri belonged to. Her husband now owns the rights to the pattern and will only give it out to members of the guild. I offered to purchase the pattern but they refused. I offered to join the guild so i could then get it and they refused. so I am just going to draft out my own version as I really wanted to make the quilt
So unless you can obtain a copy of the magazine, the pattern is apparently unavailable. hope that helps

"I finally got the star drawn in EQ7. I started with a 12 inch Lemoyne Star and added the triangles as a variation. There is at least a one inch, probably 2 inch sashing between the blocks. The same size sashing is between the quilt center and the first border and the final third border. The pdf file is a finished 6 inch block or supposed to be. You could print that out and have an office supply upsize it to a finished 12 inch or just use it as a start if you want. The inside of the quilt is probably 6 inch wide strips to provide a background. Hoping this can give you a start on this wonderful quilt. Wanted to add. There will be Y seams in this quilt"
Barb! You are awesome! I have also been down the internet rabbit hole looking for this pattern. I love that you grafted out the star, i think the rest of the pattern will be a piece of cake to do. Do you think that the stars could be paper pieced? How hard would it be to adapt the traditional pieced block to a paper pieced one ?

Fireworks and Fun at Halloween
Has anyone in this quilting thread of comments ever found the pattern for the Halloween witch? It's now Oct. 2023 and hoping someone has got their hands on the pattern?!! Thanks

I did finally track down a copy of the magazine with the “pattern”…. I say that very loosely! Long story short… I ended up having to make my own pattern.

gentle reminder: you can't share copies of copyright protected patterns. if you have an original, published copy, or the original magazine pages that provide the instructions you can give those away. but not scanned copies.
