    Default 10 inch wedge?

Me again, asking another question, and hoping someone will have the answer.
I've sold my Grace SR2 quilting frame for many reasons, so now I'll be sending my quilts out to be finished. There is a multitude of fabric to be used up yet, and I don't want to simply make block quilt patterns. So, I saw this on Pinterest and was wondering if this was made using a 10 degree wedge tool, which I could place an order for...they measure 21" x 4.5". I have yardage to use, but also have jelly roll strips, and would have to use the tool until it reached the 2.5" mark. Am I making sense?? Can this be done? Or is there simply a pattern for the quilt shown? I did an image serch and it only showed the quilts on Pinterest.(8) Pinterest

Looks like a 10 degree ruler would work…. Here is the pattern on Etsy

looks like the Dresden plate with more petals. this one has 36, so that would be 10 deg. I have an assortment of wedge rulers, they are fun to play with. I put a bit of tape on each one with the number of petals needed to complete a circle.

Another idea if you want to use up jelly rolls is the Checkered Dresden. I used that idea and made a bunch of plates in different sizes, and then arranged them to look like a bunch of gears that driving each other. I have them all pinned on but have not decided exactly how I want to sew them on.

tallchick....how on earth did you find this so quickly? I did an image search looking for the pattern and it only showed the Pinterest quilts. I'll order the pattern and then see about getting the template too. The ladies on this site are so amazing!! Thank you.

I'll bet money it's paper pieced in quadrants with the circle appliqued after.

The description says it's hand pieced and hand quilted, and templates are available....

I tried to order this pattern and got a message that it couldn't be sent to my address. It looks like they don't ship outside Australia. Has anyone else in the U.S. had any luck?

I ordered my pattern from Etsy without any problems. Maybe I just assumed it's coming from Australia.

Oh, OK, I tried ordering from the website. And now it's sold out on Etsy.

I was mainly interested in how the blocks were joined together.
