Do you bake the crust before you add the toppings? I have found that baking the crust first helps a lot.

So where does one get the wheat to grind, and what do you use to grind it?
I have a grain grinder.you can get wheat berries at health food stores or in large buckets from emergency essentials.I have not used store bought flour for 15 yrs now.

I like to make personal pizza with pita bread. Just add toppings and place in microwave. If you use hamberger or sausage you should precook.
