As a family of migrain sufferers , my family will try this. Cannot do any harm but could give us relief from the pain.
Thank you, Shirley

My husband has used the herb Feverfew for years. His migraines were very severe and after he began using Feverfew, they happened very rarely and when they did he was able to take a Tylenol to relieve the headache. Feverfew can be found in health food stores and in the health food aisle of most grocery stores.

For me magnesium helps. Just my two cents.

Have fun quilting!

I take prescription medication for migraines, but before that came about, there's nothing I wouldn't have tried.
Great thread,as you never know what might work for someone else.

The only time I ever got migrains was of a little over a year after getting a flu shot. Every time I ate eggs I got a migrain. Not getting flu shots permanently alleviated my migraines.

Thanks for the advice, I get them from time to time, not as often as I used to, but still about once a month.
