Default Any Bernina 750 QE owners out there?

I am considering the 750 and was looking for recent feedback. I did a search both here and on another board and learned that there were problems in the beginning but I am wondering if they have corrected those issues. Any of you have this machine? Thanks.

if you go to sewing pattern review forum, there is a lot of discussion of these machines. I believe they have fixed all the bugs as of now, you could probably ask the dealer

Thank you Dolphyngyrl, I did read the reviews on Pattern review as well as a couple of threads there. I didn't really see any messages from new owners, I will have to check again maybe I missed something. I also am trying to read the Yahoo group but am having a hard time...the format seems different than I remember.

There is a group in yahoo groups for series 7 owners you can join, there is a lot of good information there. I purchased a 750 last year and then upgraded to a 780. Now my sister-in-law has my 750 I traded in. Never had a problem with the 750, just wanted more. A lot of the problems have been solved with the firmware updates from what I've seen. Make sure if you buy one it has the latest updates. Your dealer should be able to do this before you leave the store.

I just bought one but it is still in the box. We moved recently and my sewing studio is not set up yet. Can't wait to bond with my new machine!!

I have several friends who have gotten this machine and all 4 of them are thrilled. I want to say hey have had them for about 6 months (3) and 2 months(1). I am still saving for mine!
